In this study, the focus is on analysing customer sentiment towards MSMEs selling on the Tokopedia platform. The analysis is conducted using the naïve bayes algorithm method and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that 75.69% of customer sentiment is positive, 11.08% is neutral, and 13.23% is negative. The Multinomial Naive Bayes model utilized achieves an accuracy rate of 80%, with precision, recall, and F1-Score all reaching 80%. The method used a quantitative and using SmartPLS 4.0 for data analysis. The result showed conformity and self-control have a positive effect on consumptive behavior. E-money and lifestyle have not significant effect on consumptive behavior. E-money, lifestyle and conformity have positive effect on self-control. The population used in this study were companies included in the LQ 45 index listed on the IDX during that period. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and profitability have a significant positive effect on company value. The proportion of the board of commissioners has a significant negative effect on company value and company size has a significant negative effect on company value. The Adjusted R<sup>2</sup> value of 0.482 indicates that 48.2% of the variation in company value can be explained by variations in the four independent variables, namely institutional ownership, proportion of the board of commissioners, profitability and company size. Path analysis was used to analyze the data and the Sobel test to test mediation. The results of the path analysis showed that Work Leadership, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture had a direct, positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Environment is the factor that contributes the most to Organizational Commitment. The results of the Sobel test showed that Work Motivation was able to mediate the relationship between Work Leadership, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture with Organizational Commitment. The implementation of appropriate Work Leadership, knowledge and experience, and a teacher's self in education have an impact on the effectiveness of teaching and learning. Using a mixed method approach, this research combines qualitative methods through interviews and observations with quantitative methods using Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to measure<br>workload. Data were collected from 10 informants, consisting of 2 women and 8 men, who work in distribution and packing. The analysis results show that both the distribution and packing teams are experiencing overload. The distribution team shows FTE values exceeding ideal capacity, with values<br>of 2.28 for Armada 1 and 2.4 for Armada 2. Similarly, the packing team experiences overload in several categories, with FTE values ranging from 1.44 to 1.88. These findings underline the importance of effective human resource planning to address excessive workload and improve operational efficiency.<br>The study provides recommendations for enhancing human resource management, including adjusting labor numbers and improving workforce planning strategies. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample consists of 125 employees of PT. Millennium Elektrik Indonesia, using census sampling technique where the entire population is used as the sample. Data analysis in this study is conducted using the SmartPLS application with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) method.
