Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that P - O Fit is not a variable that mediates the influence of Psychological Capital and OCB on organizational commitment, but psychological capital has a significant direct effect on organizational commitment on Generation Z employees in Salatiga. This research proves that the Generation Z employees in Salatiga City have an organizational commitment from the influence of psychological capital on them. For OCB variables, the results of the study show that OCB is a behavior that is an individual choice and initiative, not related to the organization's formal reward system but in aggregate increases organizational effectiveness. It can be interpreted that employees who have OCB are more concerned about personal awareness or willingness to behave socially and work beyond what is expected of their fellow employees and the company.
