This research method is a literature review by analyzing books and literature from various databases related to the research theme. The data used in this study is qualitative data from literature studies obtained from books and articles through various databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and other valid online sources to obtain research-themed material during March and April 2023. The use of mobile banking continues to increase. The features available in mobile banking provide comfort and convenience in making transactions. This can lead to consumption patterns that are not in accordance with the rules set out in Islamic law. Artificial intelligence technology can be applied in various business functions including production, distribution, procurement, and so on. In the consumption function, artificial intelligence can be designed to control consumption so that it conforms to Islamic principles, for example consuming halal goods, excessive amounts, and so on. Magelang Regency, as one of the significant orchid production centers, faces challenges in optimizing its orchid agribusiness potential, especially in Sidomulyo Village. Despite experiencing rapid growth, there are still obstacles such as access to capital, business management, marketing, and production sustainability. The Rural Agribusiness Business Development Program (PUAP) launched since 2012 has also not provided optimal results. This study aims to identify new strategies in developing orchid agribusiness in Magelang Regency, focusing on the application of eco-friendly agribusiness innovations and smart integrated farming systems. Through a hierarchical analysis approach (AHP) and primary data obtained from informants in Sidomulyo Village, this study prioritizes key factors in the development of orchid agribusiness, including capital, human resources, institutions, infrastructure, and marketing promotion. The results showed that the development of infrastructure facilities is a top priority in the development of sustainable PUAP in Magelang Regency, followed by promotion and marketing. The implementation of the smart integrated farming system model, especially in terms of providing sustainable cultivation inputs, is emerging as a key strategy to improve the efficiency and sustainability of orchid production. In conclusion, this study offers a new perspective in overcoming the challenges of orchid agribusiness development in Magelang Regency, emphasizing the importance of innovation and sustainability in every aspect of the business. The research was conducted at Bank Jateng Syariah. The form of the research is quantitative research, using multiple linear regression analysis. Previously carried out model tests and statistical tests assisted by the SPSS 25 program. The number of respondents in this study were 60 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Employees who are used as respondents must be permanent employees who work as front liners.</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that the higher the education, organizational culture, wages and work motivation, the higher the employee performance has the potential. In terms of significance, only education and work motivation show significant effects. Even though this study did not experience significant obstacles and the research model also showed feasibility, further research could still be carried out. The instrument used is the analysis of shopping performance consisting of an analysis of shopping variants, an analysis of expenditure growth, an analysis of expenditure harmony and a ratio of expenditure efficiency. The results of the analysis presented is, a. The expenses execution in terms of analysis of expenditure variance can be said to be good because the implementation of spending is smaller than the budget, b. Expenses execution in terms of an analysis of expenditure growth in 2018-2019 the number of expenditure was increased and resulting positive, but in 2019-2022 the number of expenditure was decreased an resulting negative, c. The expenses execution in terms of analysis of the harmony of spending is more dominant operational expenditure than “modal” expenditure because operational expenditure is up to 90% above of total expenditure while “modal” expenditure is less than 10% of total expenditure, d. The choice of the food sub-sector<br>as the research focus was based on its performance improvement during the specified period, despite<br>facing challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is PLS-SEM. The research results found that digital distribution channels and product availability have a positive and significant impact on purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. The sample used in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT. Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk 2015-2022. Linear regression analysis has been used to analyze the data in this study. The research results show that although NIM and CAR are considered key indicators in measuring a bank's financial health, the research results show that they do not have a direct influence on bank profitability as measured by ROA. A high NIM may not be enough to offset the decline in overall interest income. Meanwhile, a high CAR indicates that the bank has enough capital to cover risk, but this does not always mean higher profitability.
